Opening Conversion Management in 2016, a business solely focused on sales process and training for the hospitality, meetings and events industry, Nicole and her team work with clients to grab hold of their potential, to convert prospects into clients, and to help restaurant, venues and suppliers transform into profitable powerhouses.

She holds a Bachelor of Business in hospitality management and is a highly acclaimed and qualified sales trainer. Nicole runs regular sales training workshops across the country, attracting hundreds of event sales executives, business development managers and the like, who are eager to learn about a targeted approach to sales systems, sales training/coaching, sales management and direct sales.
