The sales training includes workbook activities to be completed during the day and is heavily activity and example based using video content, individual and group activities. These facilitations will be written and customised to the language and goals of your department.

A full refund can be made when a cancellation is made more then two weeks prior to the facilitation date. If cancelation is made more then one week prior a 50% refund will be made. If cancelation is made within one week of the facilitation no refunds will be made.
Increase of Numbers:
An increase of numbers will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
No additional guests will be accepted within one week of the facilitation.
