This is Sales 101.
The perfect training program for your Sales Coordinators or Executives with up to three years experience. Whilst the program is designed for entry to early level, it is also a valuable refresher to those with more experience. Sales managers looking to improve their mentoring skills also benefit from this course which helps models the ideal knowledge and skills sharing required to assist their teams.
Course includes;
• The sales cycle - timeframes and next steps
• How to prospect for sales leads - give your time value, research targeted opportunities
• How to qualify the client
• How to plan sales call
• Questioning techniques
• How to capitalise on each outbound/inbound opportunity
• How to overcome obstacles and objections
• How to gain commitment and close sales
Refunds & Cancelations:
A full refund can be made when a cancellation is made more then two weeks prior to the workshop date. If cancelation is made more then one week prior a 50% refund will be made. If cancelation is made within one week of the facilitation no refunds will be made.
